Refund Policy

1. Refund Policy

All orders placed on Abhi Gifts are considered final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed.

2. Exception for Refund

Refunds will only be provided in the following situations:

• If the booked function hall is unavailable on the selected date.
• If Abhi Gifts is unable to deliver the ordered product on the scheduled delivery date.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases including but not limited to:

• Customer change of mind after placing the order.
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
• Failure of the recipient to accept delivery.
• Perishable items such as cakes, flowers, chocolates, or customized gifts once prepared.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under the above exception conditions, the amount will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be credited through the same payment gateway used for the payment. Cash refunds are not available.
